Mrs. Antonella Abraham is a Certified Bellydance instructor who has been teaching since 2006. She grew up in south central Pennsylvania and started a career as a Registered Nurse then become a Director in a top Pittsburgh Company. She moved to South Florida and her interest in dance became sharply focused on Egyptian Raks Sharqi.
Today, Miss Antonella enjoys teaching and choreographing Oriental Dance. She has received Master level Instruction from many world renowned teachers and various certifications including the Middle East Performing Arts of Bellydance Instruction. She has appeared in the Virgina’s Rakstar, Raks Habibi V, Joharaha’s Miami Haflas and various Broward Performances.
Mrs. Antonella’s style of choreography combines traditional Bellydance using Zills, Veils, Fan veils and cane with modern elements of other dances to offer a broad spectrum that incorporates Fusion, Folkloric, Cabaret and precise articulation techniques. Antonella’s teaching objective is to combines aspects of Bellydance that are both challenging and exciting for her students.
