We never imagined a world where anyone above 50 years old would be advised against traveling, and kids would be out of school and unable to see their friends for weeks or months at a time.

As of writing this, there are more than 400M+ children who are out of school. This was a tough business decision as a growing startup, but we feel a responsibility to help children maintain a sense of normalcy with their family and friend relationships in any way that we can. This is a unique emergency situation, and Caribu, fortunately, has the technology to help. This means ensuring that every child, across the globe, can use Caribu no matter their means. Today, we are announcing FREE and UNLIMITED access for all families during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We have an in-app library full of 1000+ books, games, activities, and coloring sheets, in eight languages, for kids to immediately use in a Caribu Call with a friend or family member.

Today, we are a global company with users in 160+ countries, and we expect to respond to an even more global userbase in the coming weeks.
